- Scope
These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries by elbion music to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that is predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. - Contractual partner

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but only an invitation to order.
By clicking the button [Buy / order for a fee] you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email immediately after receiving your order. - Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer (i.e. a natural person who places the order for a purpose that cannot be attributed to your commercial or independent professional activity), you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the statutory provisions.
If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of withdrawal according to section 4.1, you have to bear the regular costs of the return.
In addition, the regulations that are detailed in the following apply to the right of withdrawal
– Cancellation policy¹ –
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have or has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, elbion music – Mainhardter Str. 35 in DE-74535 Mainhardt, email: info@elbionmusic.net – by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have given you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us about the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

- Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value added tax and other price components.
In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a rate of 4.90 € per each order for international delivery outside Germany. From an order value of 50, – € we ship free of charge outside Germany. Within Germany we charge 2,90€ for CDs and 3,90€ for musicbooks for shipping. Order values of 35,-€ or more lead to free shipping. The shipping costs are communicated to you once again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page. - Delivery
Delivery outside Germany will be with different carriers dependend from the amount of goods and their resulting weight.
Unless the description of a selected product explicitly stipulates otherwise, delivery takes place within 7 working days. This period begins on the day after receipt of payment. For guaranteed faster deliveries, please contact us by email: info[add]elbionmusic.net - Payment
Payments can be made by using one of the payment methods selected in the purchase process.
If you choose the payment method „in advance“, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. Shipping costs are not included in the displayed price and will be added during the ordering process within the cart & checkout of our webshop.
For all other offered payment methods we cooporate with the payment service provider mollie (Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands – Chamber of Commerce No. 30204462 – www.mollie.com), what means, that your data given to us during the order process will be transmitted to and processed by mollie.Mollie processes personal data as part of its services, to comply with legal obligations and to ensure the security and integrity of your data. Mollie works with several financial institutions to process transactions and withdrawals, and Mollie shares personal data with financial institutions. Mollie will make personal data available to third parties only as part of its services. Transactions with the Mastercard and Visa brands are processed via mollie to and from Valitor hf (Laugavegur 77 – 101 Reykjavík, Sími 525-2000, Iceland, phone: +354 525 2000).
Transactions with the American Express brand are processed via mollie to and from American Express Travel Related Services Company INC and / or American Express Payment Services Limited (Hoogoorddreef 15, 1101 BA Amsterdam-Zuidoost, Netherlands, phone: +31 20 504 8504).
By ordering items in our webshop You expressly agree the transmission of your data to mollie and their partners as described above. -
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until they have been paid in full. - Dispute resolution
The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online settlement of disputes. The platform serves as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes regarding contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
